Good morning, today is the Epiphany. In France we celebrate with a Galette des rois also known as a King's cake!

Its made with a puff pastry dough base, filled with our fan favorite almond cream!

It comes in 4,6,8 and 12 serving size and has a hidden figurine. The person that finds the figurine in their slice is the king or queen for the day!
Open 7-3 today and we'll continue to make them until end of January.
