I had a fairly intense spell early this morning while pre-shaping the Sourdough Pumpkin Bagels and ended up having to lay down far longer than I thought, so these, while absolutely delicious, are really (I cannot stress this enough) UGLY. I was able to somewhat fix the second tray that went in the oven, but still not as nice looking. These are normally $2 each, but today if you would like some ugly bagels I have 9 available for $1 each!

Sourdough Pumpkin Muffins - 2/$4 or $10 for 6. If you’d like the Streusel Topping add $1 per order (2/$5 or $11/6.

I am also working on Sourdough Pumpkin Rolls! I have the flavor down, I’m still struggling with making it pretty. I will offer these at a reduced price for two weeks as I get more practice. If interested let me know and I’ll post pricing tomorrow.

Thank you all for patience with me, it’s been a very trying couple of months. I’m back in the kitchen, and working out the details on how best to start baking days back up. I will have things this week, and will post tomorrow with this week’s menu.

In the meantime I’m testing some recipes that I have been working on while resting. Fall Flavors are starting now!

Update for Friday and Saturday Bake Day Menu. I apologize for the rushed and confusing post last night, I had spent the day doing my level best at an headless chicken all day and it had my more than a bit confused. So I wanted to do a better post.

Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls - $10

Sourdough Cherry Sweet Rolls filled with my fresh made cherry reduction and fresh bits of cherries - $12

Any of the items I listed yesterday can be made in smaller size, so if you’re interested in something and just don’t want a bigger one, just let me know and I can get you a price.

The Sourdough Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar weighs in at over 2 pounds! The Sourdough Fudgey Brownie isn’t quite as heavy but with double chocolate it’s decadent in the best of ways!
