Sourdough Cara Cara Orange mini loaf. I left these in the oven about 1 minute too long and they are a bit drier than I wanted. $1 each.

Tomorrow June 3rd, I will have a midweek mini bake day. I have a few Cara Cara Oranges left and I don’t want them to go to waste so I spent the day zesting, juicing, and mixing dough. I apologize for the late notice, I wasn’t sure if some of these would work.

These will only be available for pickup tomorrow, and if they are made again, it will be quite awhile.

Sourdough Cara Cara mini sandwich cookies. Orange cookies filled with an orange filling.

Sourdough Soft Sugar Mini Cookies. An orange twist on my popular soft sugar cookies.

Mini Sourdough Graham Cracker/Cookie.

I am also baking a few Sourdough Orange Mini Loaves.

Quantities are extremely limited, so just send me a message or comment here if you’re interested in any of them. I’ll post prices in the morning, so if you think you’d like some of anything just let me know you are interested and in what , I will not hold you to purchasing, this will just secure you a spot for pickup.

I’m prepping levain tonight and will make extra, so the deadline to receive the Sweet Rolls and Cinnamon Rolls will be 2:00 PM tomorrow.

I think I’m going to quit making plans, something always changes. Anyway, these are the 3 new Sourdough Sweet Rolls I’ve been working on. I need to do something different for the Black Forest ones, as those babies went absolutely crazy in the oven. Cinnamon Rolls are going in the oven shortly, and if anyone is interested they will be available to pickup by 4:00.

Chocolate Sweet Rolls one time only - $10 plain or $12 frosted. If they become a menu item in the future, the price will be adjusted.

Cinnamon Rolls - 4 pack $10 plain, $12 frosted.

As soon as my laptop finishes charging I’ll post menu items for Friday pickup.
