📍119 W. 8th Street – The Bakeshop on 8th

Exciting things are baking in downtown Coffeyville! Lisa and Andy Krenz, owners of 119 W. 8th Street since 2022, are planning to open The Bakeshop on 8th by the end of 2026.

Lisa has been serving up sweet treats from her home kitchen since 2015, and soon, she’ll be bringing her delicious baked goods to a storefront in the heart of our community.

To help support exterior improvements to the building, The Bakeshop on 8th has been awarded $7,125 through the City’s Downtown Revitalization Grant Program.

We’re proud to support local entrepreneurs and can’t wait to see (and taste!) what’s coming. Stay tuned!

You may have noticed the new entrance from the outside, but what you can't see is the gorgeous woodwork on the inside. My husband has spent many hours creating this new entryway and we are so excited to see it coming together!

Silent Auction is Come and go all day from 9am to 4pm, with winners announced at 5. 50/50 Raffle will also be pulled at that time.

Join us for lunch with the Fish Fry, Tamales, or Chili after 11am! Hope to see everyone come support our friends this giving season.
