Happy World Baking Day featuring the butterbeer sourdough loaf that single handedly changed my opinion on sweet loaves.
I usually avoid making sweet sourdough because they’re dramatic from start to finish, but this one? Cream soda dough, butterscotch, caramel pockets, crispy edges, soft buttery crumb… absolutely worth it.
This was supposed to be a one-time recipe test and now I already want to make another batch. 😮💨
