Terms & Conditions

Thank you for trusting Mad’s Sweet Confections with your dessert needs. These terms and conditions serve as a binding contract between the purchaser and Mad’s Sweet Confections. By purchasing a product through us, you are agreeing to these terms.

Payments
1. Payments in full are due before product is made.
2. All sales are final and nonrefundable.
3. Any refund requests can be sent to Madalyn Pendleton or Kelani Niimi. Please allow 5 business days for a response.

Changes
1. Any requests to change a product (flavor, decor, size, etc.) must be made 7 days prior to date scheduled for delivery.

Designs
1. While we give our all to support our customers, Mad’s Sweet Confections holds the right to attempt a design, but can come to the conclusion to deny based on type of design and capability.

Delivery
1. All products will be delivered to a designated location chosen upon by the purchaser and us.

Rights & Waivers
1. Mad’s Sweet Confections holds the right to take photographs/videos of any products without purchaser’s consent.
2. Mad’s Sweet Confections is not responsible for any damages to products once delivery is completed.
3. Products may contain milk, eggs, nuts, and other potential allergens. The purchaser is responsible for notifying any guests that may consume product. Mad’s Sweet Confections is not responsible for any allergic reactions.

Cancellations
1. All cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance.
2. Following this policy will result in full refund.
