Good morning beautiful people.

I should have posted this a little bit earlier, but a lot has been going on here at the Cardin household. As some of you may already know we have had a visitor. The first night wasn't so great. My husband and I woke up at 2:00 a.m. to a bear in our chicken coop. We did lose about 15 or more chickens. I do believe that a lot of the chickens we lost were some of our best layers. My brave Husband came face to face with this bear, and got it out of our coop and saved the rest of our girls. Needless to say they are traumatized. That means they won't really be laying for a while and I'm not going to know what production is for a week or so. The stand will be closed until further notice. At this current moment I do believe that keeping any food in the stand would be just asking for the visitor to come back. I will not have any baked goods or eggs in the stand until further notice.
I do however, take orders and can still take orders on baked goods so long as I have open slots available for the weekends.
Thank you guys for supporting us. I hope to be back and running soon.

We have eggs! Come on down to 547 County road 6 COALDALE.

As some of you may know, I do work for the school district and school has started! With that being said, I will be changing the hours and operations a Cardin Cumb and Coop Farmstand. The farm Stand will be open from Friday to Monday 9:00 a.m. until sold out. I will offer desserts and breads one or two of those days, I'm still figuring out what works best in that department. This weekend I'll be offering red velvet cupcakes Saturday and sunday! Be on the lookout for those.
