Man oh man! Last week kept me on my toes! I started the week 15 cakes and 200 cupcakes to pop into the freezer! I spent all of Tuesday popping a ton of popcorn for 150 bags of chocolate covered popcorn! And I popped it all in an old air popper! It was such a life saver! Now, a week later, I'm still finding kernels in my kitchen! Not gonna lie, I didnt do anything on Wednesday but deliver the popcorn. Had to go into overdrive on Thursday! I made about 9 batches of buttercream and colored 6 of them and then stacked, filled, crumb coated and frosted all them 15 cake lsyers which made 5 cakes! Then I had to make some chocolate covered strawberry footballs! I always save cupcakes for last because I don't want them to dry out. So Saturday I woke up and got straight to piping! The end result was awesome and I had happy customers!
