It’s been a little quiet around here… and I figured I owed you an update. 🤍

Life has been incredibly full lately.

I’m officially down to just THREE semesters left of nursing school until I have my second Bachelors degree (which still feels crazy to say!), and between classes, studying, clinicals, and assignments, my days are packed.

On top of that, Maverick’s transplant journey continues to keep us busy. We have at least one Cleveland Clinic appointment every week…sometimes even more, and right now that’s exactly where my heart needs to be.

That doesn’t mean Noir & Nectar is gone. ❤️

Baking has always been my creative escape, and I’m hoping to start offering monthly open cookie orders—something that fits into this season of life while still letting me do what I love.

This week I made these gooey S’mores Cookies for my nursing class, and they reminded me just how much I’ve missed creating in the kitchen. You’ll also see my (slightly gross 😅) wound cake from a nursing school assignment because apparently I’ve traded decorating cookies for making realistic wounds these days.

Thank you for sticking around through this busy chapter. Your support means more than you know, and I can’t wait to start sharing more sweet things with you again, even if it’s just once a month for now.

Behind the scenes I’ve been working on something new… and I’m so excited to finally share it.
