I thank every one of you from the bottom of my heart for all your support...
I am deeply saddened and heartbroken to share with you that after 4 years of hard work, sleepless nights, countless hours, and an insane amount of sacrifices invisible to everyone else, I had to make the hardest decision of shutting down both bakery locations permanently, effective immediately.
This has been one of the most difficult decisions I have ever made. I might still be in a little denial, but eventually it will hit me.
I thank every one of you from the bottom of my heart for all your support, encouragement, and patronage over the past few years. Without you, this would have been impossible. I am saddened to leave our GF community without a safe haven to enjoy amazing baked goods and great food without the risk of cross-contamination, with absolute certainty of a 100% Gluten-free experience for yourself and your family.
Unfortunately, I can’t share any further information as for the reason behind the closure, but for those of you who have been using our flour blends, please reach out to me by replying to this email, and will be happy to supply you with larger quantities (50 # boxes) at steeply discounted prices.
If your dream has been to open a GF bakery and you are serious about making it happen, and most importantly, you are financially committed, please reach out to me, and I will be happy to support you regardless of your location.
If you are one of my favorites with every possible allergy (and you know who you are ) 😊 I might be able to coach you through creating blends or recipes that would make your life easier; again, feel free to reach out.
For those of you who have placed orders for the near future, you may have already seen a refund from the bakery or will be issued a refund in the next couple of days.
