Joseph’s last day.
What began at La Tabatiere with a shared passion for coffee has already grown into three and a half years—and today marks our final day working together.
Thank you for always bringing warmth to La Tabatiere, creating a welcoming space for our guests through your genuine smile and heartfelt conversations.
In times like these, staying committed to one place for three and a half years is no small thing. Because we’ve shared meaningful time and growth together, I believe your decision to take on a new challenge for the sake of further development is something to celebrate. More than feeling sad, I feel proud and supportive of your next step.
I’m truly cheering you on as you continue to grow as a barista at the new café opening in Fort Lee.
조셉과의 마지막 날.
커피에 대한 열정으로 라타바티에에서 시작한 인연이 벌써 3년 반이라는 시간을 지나, 오늘이 조셉과 함께하는 마지막 날이 되었다.
항상 따뜻한 웃음과 진심 어린 대화로 손님들을 맞이하며, 라타바티에를 더 따뜻한 공간으로 만들어준 것에 깊이 감사한다.
요즘 같은 시대에 한 직장에서 3년 반을 함께한다는 것은 결코 쉬운 일이 아니다. 충분한 시간을 함께하며 성장해온 만큼, 더 큰 발전을 위한 새로운 도전을 선택한 조셉의 결정에 아쉬움보다 응원의 마음이 더 크다.
