My Spring Fling Cake Class is almost here and registration closes Thursday, March 13 at 11:59 PM. If you’ve been thinking about it… this is your sign. Grab your spot before the frosting dreams disappear! 🎂

This is a super fun hands-on class where we stack, fill, frost, and pipe a beautiful cake together. You’ll learn techniques you can use again and again, and you’ll leave with a cake that looks impressive and tastes even better. Yes… you get to decorate your cake and eat it too. Life is good.

This class is perfect for:
• date night pairs
• best friend pairs
• parent + kid duos
Or just come by yourself and make new friends!

You can share one cake and just pay for one class, or go all out and each get your own cake to decorate. Totally up to you!

Kids are welcome, but if they are under 12 a parent or helper needs to stay and help them during class.

My Spring Fling Cake Class is back and it is 3️⃣ straight hours of frosting, piping, laughing, and going home feeling like you just unlocked a secret level of adulthood. 🎂✨

This is hands-on. You’re stacking. You’re filling. You’re smoothing buttercream like a queen (or king 👑). You’re learning piping techniques that make people say, “Wait… YOU made that?!”

And the best part?
You leave with a gorgeous cake AND the skills to do it again. Dessert and confidence boost in one box.

Story time! Six years ago I made my first cake for adorable little Grayson when he turned 2 years old. He loved Mickey Mouse at the time, so I created a beautiful black and white classic Mickey Mouse cake with just a splash of red, it really turned out so adorable! Fast forward, now he’s turning 6 already, I can’t believe it! One of the best parts of this job is watching kids grow up through the interests of their cakes: Mickey Mouse, to Avengers, to Mario, to Basketball, and finally, to FOOTBALL! Can’t wait to see what next years cake brings! 🎂 (check my stories for the Mickey Mouse cake!)

Can you hear that gorgeous laughter? Can you see that beautiful hair and that stunning smile? That’s Jessica! She makes you feel like a million bucks. She makes you laugh and brings a smile to your face with her own hearty laugh! She inspires you to get outside with her photos and videos of her awesome hikes. Balancing legal briefs and buttercream! This Wellington, FL resident is a full-time paralegal for The Whistleblower Collaborative and a bespoke cake artist. 🎃 It’s time to meet the team — the Terrifying Trio!!! First up, meet our incredible teammate Michael, a.k.a. — our pumpkin carver extraordinaire! 🎃 His sculpting skills are unreal — I mean, look at the faces on these creatures! Didn’t he do such an amazing job?!

Here’s a little more about Michael, in his own words:

I’ve been in the aviation industry for over a decade, working full-time as a helicopter mechanic. Outside of work, I explore my passion for art—starting with pumpkin carving and expanding into sculpture using foam, wood, clay, and metal. Pumpkin carving has opened incredible doors for me, allowing me to connect and collaborate with amazing people like my teammates Kylie and Kelly, as well as other artists whose creativity continues to inspire me.

The name Wolfgangcarving was born out of my slightly “twisted” artistic mind and inspired by my five furbabies—Mykaea, Kiru, Sparrow, Mickey, and Chubbie. Though they’re small breeds, I’ve always seen them as having wolf-like personalities, and they keep me motivated with their playful energy.

I wouldn’t be where I am today without the guidance and encouragement of my friends and family. Most of all, I owe endless gratitude to my ultimate support system—my wife, my ride-or-die (A.K.A. my boss 😂). She’s been by my side since day one, always ready to back me up and support my antics.

At the end of the day, I’m just grateful to share my art while doing what I love, surrounded by the people (and pups) who keep me inspired. My journey is proof that with passion, creativity, and the right support system, opportunities come unexpectedly — and I can’t wait to see where this path leads next.
