Girl Scout Classes hold a special place in my heart. Over 10 years ago when I started teaching it was Girl Scout Troops. There was no bakery. It was a minivan with totes of frosting, piping bags, and cakes in zip lock bags. We'd meet in church basements, school gymnasiums, and community centers. There were even official patches I ordered by the case with certificates. Sadly those aren't made anymore.
I love seeing how this has evolved but one thing has stayed the same: The excitement in their eyes of seeing something they created. It never gets old. ❤️
