Dinner is already chaotic enough. The wings can at least cooperate. 🍗

These golden, oven-baked shawarma wings from Sweat Sisters get their crispy edges from one very Otto’s secret weapon: our Grain-Free Baking Powder.

No fryer. No complicated coating. Just a warm shawarma spice blend, plenty of crunch, and a tray that probably won’t make it to the table untouched.

Here’s how to make them:

Ingredients:
½ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon Otto’s Naturals Grain-Free Baking Powder
Chicken wings
Cooking spray

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking pan. Pat the wings dry and spread them out so they aren’t crowded.

2. Toss the wings with the spices and a light spritz of cooking spray. Bake for 20 minutes.

3. Flip the wings, dust them with the baking powder, and bake for another 15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Golden around the edges, soft and chewy in the middle, and carrying a completely reasonable amount of melty chocolate. The fact that they’re grain-free? Just a fun little plot twist.
