Good evening, friends! We apologize that its been a little quiet on the social media front recently.. we have just been busy bees and we tend to forget to get posts up🫠🙃

Below is our brand new menu for this week! We have an ice cream inspired cupcake line up, a few new cookie flavors, and 2 new danish varieties.. one with a cream cheese base and one with a custard base😍

Honey Oat Sourdough is back after a long hiatus and of course, we will have hand rolled bagels with some pretty delicious cream cheese schmear options (pickle bacon ranch?🤤)

Plan to make a stop by your local bakery this weekend as we will be closed next week, June 11-14, for our first Summer Vacation break. During school's summer break, we like to take 2 weeks to have some family time with our girls (and puppy dogs)! We will take one more week later in July off and we will post those dates as soon as we finalize them.

We look forward to seeing everyone this weekend🔆

Lots of tasty items being baked up this week!

Our new danishes will be back Fri- Sun, Jalapeño Cheddar sourdough will be on the shelf on Saturday, and a new Cookies N Cream Horn will be stocked this week too!

Also, the Breakfast Roll will be available Sunday morning! Bacon, egg, and cheese rolled in our brioche dough served with a side of Jason's Sausage Gravy 🤤

We will have fresh, hand rolled bagels with a selection of cream cheese schmears this weekend as well!

Looking forward to seeing everyone this week💛

New item hit the case today and boy, did they go fast.

Over a double restock for tomorrow morning with both blueberry cream cheese and plain cream cheese danish made with our rich, buttery brioche😍

Chels also made a small batch of chilli crisp oil cream cheese spread.. great for bagels and the Everything Bagel Breadsticks ( we may have taste tested that one😅)

You will find that along with all of our other menu items tomorrow from 10AM - 3 PM.

Reminder that we are CLOSED SUNDAY to celebrate the Memorial Day holiday🇺🇸 Be sure to come by tomorrow to stock up for the weekend!

And, though I have not had the chance to make the graphic for our official 'Summer Drink Menu' ... we have some pretty awesome seasonal sips for you guys.. including an Orange Dreamsicle Matcha, Oreo Whip Latte, Toasted Smores Latte, & the Chocolate Caramel Coconut Latte! Had the immense pleasure to provide desserts, cake, and (not pictured) hard breadsticks for an absolutely beautiful wedding this weekend!

Not only were we looking forward to this event for the array of different treats desired (we love a diverse treat spread for weddings!) but because we were providing those local, famous breadsticks that the bride's family started making here many, many years ago.

We are proud to keep that 'Fossi Breadstick' tradition going in the Sweet & Sourdough Bakery era🖤
