PSA:: An update from the bread man himself..

The downside of sourdough, if something with the sourdough starter goes wrong, youre kinda out of luck for bread making that day. We had an issue with our sourdough starter overnight that couldnt be remedied quickly.

When your bread process is dependent on time and fermentation, one little hiccup throws it all off.

So, in a nutshell, SOURDOUGH AND PIZZA SOURDOUGH will be available SUNDAY!

We apologize for the inconvenience, please know this is not something we like to have to do. But we want to give you the BEST sourdough bread we possibly can🧡

Plus, it is a great opportunity to come check us out on a Sunday if you havent already!

We are still here tomorrow with the full menu, just minus sourdough.

Some of the sweets that you will find this weekend here at the bakery!

We are o b s e s s e d with our cupcakes this week! Pulling inspiration from some beloved Halloween movies, you can choose from the Sanderson sisters cauldron, the Other Mother's button eyes, the tail of The Sandworm, or Audrey II! Check the photo caption to see an in depth description of the cupcakes flavors.

Our macs this week are absolute fall flavor perfection.. the apple c***r donut and browned butter cookie dough may be new favorite flavors here!

The cookies baked up beautifully this morning! They deserved a little photo shoot with our Nazgul ( or dementor.. or Suriel.. whichever you prefer😅).

Breakfast pastries and cinny rolls are on the counter, we have TONS of breadsticks, bagels and cream cheese schmears, Jason made a fresh batch of Villa Sauce this week, and fresh bread will be out of the oven around 1030ish!

Come by and see us today until 1!

We will be back tomorrow from 10-3 with all of these items , plus pizza sourdougj, homemade banana pudding, tiramisu, and cannolis!

Here is the weekend line up at your local bakery!

We have LOTS going on this weekend.. I am personally looking forward to our Halloween Movie inspired cupcakes! Can you guess which movies these cupcakes are inspired from?

Tons of delicious breakfast options, including our bagels and a selection of cream cheese schmears. The always delicious Biscoff Cinnamon Roll has returned too😍

Chocolate chip cannoli also making a rare appearance this weekend!

Our favorite Pizza Sourdough is back.. pepperoni, mozzarella, and fresh basil packed in our sourdough loaf. Wanna take it to the next level? Dip it in some Terra Villa Red Sauce 😉

🎃Halloween Cake Decorating Class🎃

October 17th we will be holding a Halloween Cake Decorating class at the bakery! This will more than likely be held in the afternoon, but if we have enough interest, we will do two classes!

I would consider this an 'intermediate' class, as I will be going over all sorts of cake decortating techniques.. from how to crumb coat, tricks to get a smooth final coat, piping techniques and how to use different piping tips, and how to use stencils on a cake!

Class fee is $60, which includes the cake that you decorate (6" round), a treat bag with some cake decorating supplies to take home, and we will have spread of treats and drinks available too!

We thought it'd be fun to switch it up a little bit as we tend to be a little slower during the Covered Bridge Festival . So come have some fun with us and learn some cake decorating skills!

Happy National Cinnamon Roll Day!

Here are the before and after of today's cinnamon rolls😍

We have a fully stocked cold case and the counter is full of these cinnies, apple crisp and pumpkin rolls, cookies, and brioche danish !

We also have a nice selection of day old, 20% off bread! Garlic, Herb, and Cheese Sourdough Loaves and Foccacia, Country Sourdough, Italian, and a package of bagels!

There is also still a ton of breadsticks left!

All fresh bread will be available tomorrow, but we do have a large stock of hard breadsticks and Villa Red Sauce ready for you today.
