Brother Quality Bakery has been a family owned business since 1976.

The bakery was started by two brothers, Frank and Nicholas Gencarelli, who worked tirelessly to serve their community the highest quality of breads and desserts. Frank and Nicholas have since retired, but the family ownership lives on with Michael Gencarelli, Frank's son. Michael is now the sole owner of both Brothers Quality Bakery in Kearny, NJ and Brothers Quality Bakery of Allwood in Clifton,

NJ. Michael has worked at the bakery since he was 15 years old and is very proud to carry on his father Frank and his Uncle Nicholas' legacy for the next generation.
