Gourmet Desserts was founded in 2001 by the late recognized pastry master baker & chef, Jacob Tadros. His brother Ezzat Tadros has honored Jacob's legacy and continued the family business with over 35 years of experience in the culinary field of dessert and cake decoration, sculpture & preparations. Ezzat's obsession with delicious and beautiful desserts is obvious after the first bite into one of

his many fine creations. Ezzat has brought a wealth of baking experience to Gourmet Desserts by personally overseeing the preparation of all the deserts. He takes great care in his choice of ingredients and food preparation techniques. Quality ingredients are the hallmark of any dessert, but more importantly its careful preparation with the mixing, blending and baking that produces the scrumptious desserts you see on this site. The dedicated staff at Gourmet Desserts in Clifton, New Jersey factory work to provide our customers with the freshest, finest tasting desserts in the tri-state region. Our family environment and dedication guarantees continuous quality control and care for every single product we make. Ezzat promotes an environment of continuous teaching and learning where all work is done with a manner of perfection and well-maintained knowledge. We offer a line of Kosher dairy desserts, plus we carefully meet or exceed FDA requirements for various items in our inventory. To get these great tasting desserts to you quickly, we have a fleet of freezer trucks, which will take our quality crafted desserts right to your doorstep. We have daily deliveries to various locations in the NJ, NY area.

If your religion forbids you from drinking alcohol, we respect that but don’t you worry! While alcohol may be included in some ingredients, it evaporates during the baking process and will be gone in the final product after enhancing the flavors.

In light of recent coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns, we wanted to let you know that we are increasing our already high standards to make our bakery as safe as we can. We are closely following the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), local governments, and public health agencies. All bakery employees have been trained to uphold and practice the precautionary measures below:

We make proper handwashing a priority.
We are increasing frequency of our bakery cleanliness and sanitization procedures.
We are making sure any staff feeling ill stays home.

We are committed to keeping everyone safe while in our bakeries. Our bakeries currently remain open for business, with a modified schedule. All orders must be called, emailed or faxed over before 3pm daily until further notice.
