Come Join us tomorrow, September 14th. WALK FOR A CAUSE TO RAISE AWARENESS ABOUT CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE. Approximately,1 in 7 people have Chronic Kidney Disease(CKD). Most people with CKD, particularly those in early stages, are undiagnosed and unaware of their condition until it is advanced.

will also be joining to raise funds to support holidays gifts for our Veterans.
