Nanay’s Fil-Am Bakery I’m a business licensed in-home micro baker that loves to bake all types of Sourdough,Yeast and Filipino breads and baked goods!

My Cottage Farmstand is now open Thursday to Saturday from 10am-7pm. Sunday open from 10-3pm for Bread of Life.

My next Vendor Event is the Walnut Street Bridge Festival at Coolidge Park Downtown Chattanooga on Sunday June 7th… this is a huge event for me so don’t forget to mark your calendar and come see me! I will be prepping and baking about 80-100 loaves of Sourdough bread, 30 loaves of sandwich breads, countless amount of oatmeal plain and chocolate chip cookies, scones, bagels, bread chips, dips and seasoning packs. I’m also going to throw in a few Pandesals and Mamon in there of course! I can’t be a Fi-Am bakery without a few of the Fil in there😉

** How to refresh your whole sourdough bread.
- Quickly run bread under water and place in oven for 10-15 on 350degrees.

We will soon have veggies to sell at our little Farmstand.
Tomatoes, every imaginable hot peppers, squash, zucchini, okra, green beans. Long beans, opo(gourd), Japanese eggplant, butternut squash, petula(loofah), watermelon, cantaloupe, cucumbers and probably other stuff that I don’t know about.
