I’m so excited for this Saturday, I’ll be with at Loew Park in Old Brooklyn for Pedal for Prizes! You can win raffle prizes, shop local vendors and eat local food. I’ll be bringing all sorts of focaccias, classic sourdough bread, cookies and more!

Day 3 of Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week. We provided a small token of appreciation from Learwood PTA. All teachers and staff received lottery tickets and lemon loaves, made by Water+Yeast LLC, a local Avon Lake bakery!

Lemon Loaf Cakes 🍋 a slightly lemon cake with an intense lemon glaze 👊

I had a kind customer order 75 of these cakes for teacher appreciation week. Which I was so happy to complete.

Sold out of bread within the first hour and half of the market! I’m in shock and so grateful at the same time.

I always want to make more bread but remember I’ve made as much as I can manage. All my doughs are cold fermented for 24 hours, meaning my fridge gets PACKED the day before a market.

But I think it’s time to get a big ol fridge just for bread doughs 😅
