I’m just gonna say it, if you haven’t had my tahini chocolate chip cookies yet, you’re missing out!

They’re chewy, crispy and loaded with chocolate chips. Just like everything else I make, these have sourdough starter and are cold fermented!

Yesterday marked one year since my first market! So I made myself a little cake to celebrate. It’s really hard to believe I’ve only been doing these for a year. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without everyone’s continuous support! I truly am so thankful for everyone who has helped make this happen. I can’t wait to see what’s to come!

Live, love, bread!

Dinner rolls, slider buns, a warm friend.

These rolls can be whatever you want them to be. Cold fermented for 24 hrs, brushed with butter, and baked until golden brown. They’re soft, fluffy and go with just about everything!
