Here it is. Our last regular delivery for a while.

This is the The Cluckleberry Cabins & Farmstand in North Ridgeville.

This past week was a long series of hugs and see you laters. It's been wonderful to know we've become a part of your weekly routine.

Once Marching band season is over, we're going to get going on the weekends again. we're really excited for that. Especially around Thanksgiving we're dusting off our Cranberry Orange loaves.

For now it's time to focus on the new full-time gig.

Well today is our last day mixing a large regular bake day for a while.

It's all very bittersweet, but despite the changes coming, it's not a goodbye.

Friday I'll be making my last deliveries to the places that have been our ride or die from the beginning. Love Coffee and Cherry Blossom Boutique LLC. We made a delivery of bagels to Ship to Shore today and Talents •Gifts•Boutique•Home•Market this past Tuesday.

Throughout this journey it's the people who you'll miss the most and that's the truth. Already on the calendar are possible collab dates. Is it possible to bake bagels regularly once Marching Band Season is over?

This and a bunch of other questions that will be answered as we move forward. Just know that I'll miss you. I won't miss the flour all over everything. I won't miss the mess. I won't miss the dishes.

I'll miss you.

Today will be our last bake day for the week because we'll be competing in this, Tartan 10 North American Championships in Vermilion.

We'll be delivering to Love Coffee today at our normal times, but will be delayed getting to Talents •Gifts•Boutique•Home•Market and Cherry Blossom Boutique LLC due to a meeting at 12:30 down near our dock.

We are hiring! Looking for a hard working & friendly person to join our team to make great coffee. Customer service skills & being good with the community is a must. We are looking for people who have coffee shop/restaurant experience and already have service industry background. If you have espresso machine & milk steaming experience that is a bonus.

Simple Sourdough, aka Country Loaf, aka Original, aka Levain is baked off and headed to a be the vehicle for some Ohio Heirloom Tomatoes at William Fine Sandwich Shop & Cold Creamery Co.

Also Our Signature Rosemary Salt Bagels headed to our friends at Ship to Shore

Another big dough day today for Fridays orders.

Dropping August Bake Days. Heads up, we will be taking a break August 12-18. I'm headed to the T-10 North American Championships in Vermilion. More info coming on what that means.

Peak summer flavor has arrived. 🍅✨ Starting tomorrow, we’re dropping our Ohio Heirloom Tomato Sandwich special at William Fine Sandwich Shop. Piled high with the best local summer tomatoes and served with a crisp, house-made garlic dill half-sour pickle on the side. Come get it while the season is prime! 🥪🥒
