This is going to be the last weekend for a while where I'll be able to enjoy a lazy Saturday.
The month of June is going to be action packed.
Every Single Saturday in June I'll be joining Solidarity Urban Farm at Ship to Shore for a farmers market.
For the next few weeks scones will not be on the menu. Why? There are some major changes happening with our little bakery. While I'm nervous, I'm not scared.
I just really care about making bread that justifies the price I'm asking. I'm trying hard to stop surviving, which honestly is all we've been doing while trying super hard to grow and learn to move us closer to the thriving part of this job. This s**t is hard. But I'm here for it.
I got feedback on our bread today from someone who makes a sandwich I've had dreams about.
"Hey Man, this bread is top-tier. And I’m very exhausted by sourdough because everybody makes it and it usually is very s**tty. That was really good."
This review has me floating into the weekend before the madness starts next week.
Thanks for being amazing. Stay tuned.
