Today is baking day, Japanese Milk Bread. You could be thinking I have never heard of this. Japanese Milk Bread is soft, slightly sweet and full of eggs, butter and milk. The bread starts with what is called a tangzhong which is a roux made with flour and water, it is cooked until it becomes gelatinous, the Tangzhong is what helps the bread become incredibly soft. The milk, butter and eggs make the bread so rich tasting. We have full loaves which make wonderful grilled sandwiches. Dinner rolls that are great for a small sandwich or with Sunday dinner. I also make a small round loaf which is perfect for 1 or 2 ppl. Stop by for a sample you will fall in love ❤️

Some of our old favorites, Japanese Milk Bread, Sweet Breads, Jams, Pre-baked Pizza Shells and Pizza Sauce. Come for a visit and leave with some great food without any preservatives.
