A few weeks ago, something happened in our little shop that reminded us why we do what we do. A young boy—just 8 years old—walked in having never tasted a donut in his life. Severe egg allergies meant he’d spent years hearing “no,” even when all he wanted was to enjoy the same treats other kids get without a second thought.
But that day… his parents learned we don't use eggs when making our donuts. They gave him the green light. He took a bite.And his whole face lit up.
Pure joy.
Pure freedom.
Pure childhood.
For the first time ever, he got to hear YES to a donut.
And we got to witness a moment his family will remember forever.

Edit: It IS worth noting our gluten friendly donuts are made with eggs and fried in the same oil but are not made daily.
Adding on, I just went to the store and double checked the flour batter itself we use DOES have egg yolks in it. WE do not use eggs in our donuts when we make them. We have a few friends and family that do have egg allergies and are okay with these and this little boy had success.
