Are you hungry yet? Do you miss Blue Iris Cakery? Well- I am cooking dinner and baking some cupcakes for Valentines day!

I will be doing a 3 course valentines day dinner for 2 for $45.00.
This dinner is PICK UP ONLY and will have heating instructions. I am also offering a few sweet extras (cupcakes) by request.

Appetizer: (choose one)
#1-baked feta cheese with cracked pepper and olive oil drizzle with served with crostini (serves 2)
#2-fresh tomato basil bruschetta with shaved Parmesan cheese and crostini (serves 2)
#3-blue iris house salad-crisp fresh greens, caramalized nuts, pears, and house dressing (serves 2)

Entree: (choose 2- mix and match)
#1-Mediterranean chicken- pan sautéed chicken breast topped with sun dried tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese and calamatta olives in a light wine sauce.
#2- pork loin wrapped in bacon slow roasted with peaches, fresh thyme and white wine
#3-chicken Riesling-pan sautéed chicken, sautéed mushrooms and red grapes in a Riesling wine sauce.
#4-Vegetarian? No Problem! Pasta loaded with roasted red peppers, sundried tomatoes, capers, calamata olives, caramalized onions tossed in aioli and fresh basil.

Entrees #1,2&3 will be served with Boursin mashed potatoes and fresh green beans.
#4 will be served with crusty fresh bread and fresh green beans

Dessert: half dozen chocolate covered strawberries
