I was honored to attend the 2026 Prostart National Culinary Competition in Baltimore, Maryland. There were 400 students from 48 States competing with creating an appetizer, main course and dessert. Our very own Polaris Career Center took 3rd place in this demanding national competition, in addition to winning 1st place in the State of Ohio competition! Congratulations to the students, Chef "Olszewski" and Polaris Career Center for doing so well! We are glad that you are located in Middleburg Heights!!
