I have officially started working through my ideas for the Sweet to the Kore FALL MENU. 🍂👩🏾‍🍳

And I’m not trying to give y’all 15 desserts.

I want a few that make you look at the menu and immediately say:

“Yeah… I need THAT.” 😮‍💨😂

Cookies.

Brownies.

Cinnamon rolls.

And maybe something I haven’t told y’all about yet. 👀

September is about to be GOOD.

🚨 I’M GIVING YOU THE BASE—YOU PICK THE FALL UPGRADE.

We’re starting with a warm chocolate chip cookie. 🍪

You can add ONE:

🤎 Brown butter
🍯 Salted caramel
🥜 Toasted pecans
🍪 Cookie butter center
✨ Cinnamon-sugar crust

What are you adding?! 👀👇🏾

And don’t say all five.

Because that’s exactly how I end up creating another ridiculous cookie. 😭😂

Creating a seasonal menu is basically me having 27 ideas…

and trying to convince myself that y’all do NOT need all 27 of them. 😭😂👩🏾‍🍳

The goal this fall:

A smaller, STRONG menu where every dessert earns its spot.

Because if it’s going on the Sweet to the Kore fall menu…

It needs to HIT. 😮‍💨

August is clocking OUT…

which means my baker brain is already thinking about what’s next. 👀

New month.

New ideas.

New flavors.

And we’re getting closer and closer to that time of year when brown butter, caramel, cinnamon, pecans and warm spices start showing OUT. 😮‍💨🍂

Something I’m focusing on going into this next month:

Doing fewer things BETTER. 👩🏾‍🍳💜

Not a menu with 27 options. 😭

A thoughtful selection of desserts that I know are GOOD, photograph beautifully, travel well, and make people want to order them again.

Sometimes growing a business isn’t about adding more.

It’s about getting really good at what works.
