While Mom and Dad have been busy out in the garden, I’ve been keeping busy too! I thought I’d share a little behind-the-scenes look at the bakery where I work. This was such a fun project to create, and I hope you enjoy watching it come together.

🇺🇸 A Little Taste of the Good Old Days… Out of Retirement for One Day!

Most of you know that Mama and Daddy have been enjoying retirement the last few years. They haven’t quit farming—they’ve just slowed down a bit.

This Friday from 12:00–5:00 PM, Sugartopia Bakery has invited them to dust off their market baskets and help celebrate the Fourth of July with a Mini Farmers Market inside the bakery.

Unfortunately, the sweet corn and ripe tomatoes won’t quite be ready for your Fourth of July cookout, but they’ll have plenty of fresh-picked favorites:

🫛 Fancy french stringless green beans
🍅 Green tomatoes
🥒 Two varieties of cucumbers
🫐 Fresh blueberries
🟡 Maybe a little squash
🫜 Fresh bunched beets
🐝 Dad’s award-winning raw honey

❤️ Oh… and I’ll be there too! You probably won’t see much of me because I’ll be in the back baking up your favorite Fourth of July desserts while Mom and Dad take care of the farmers market!

Pickup will be at the farm in Cleveland starting Tuesday April 28th between 9am-7pm and going until we’re out. Orders filled in order of first comments and numbers updated throughout the day.
