Once the venue got it all set up I was able to snap a few shots.

Hey Nibblers: Whew what a week. WEDDING WEEK every night baking and mixing to make sure the bride, groom and guest are getting the freshest pastry.

This week:

150 cupcakes, red velvet, chocolate, strawberry, and cinnamon caramel

351 pieces of pastry, brownies, carrot cake, snowballs, kolaches, cheesecakes, buckeyes and lemon bars.

 I always like to include a special box of the pastries for the bride and groom. They don't always get everything but they get a good sample because sometimes they just don't have time to get to the dessert table.
