It was a pleasure and delight to have the opportunity to create this wedding cake for my friends wedding ❤️

Top tier: wedding cake w/vanilla buttercream
Middle tier: dark chocolate with raspberry filling
Bottom tier: chocolate with peanut butter filling
Cupcakes: 1 dozen vanilla and 1 dozen chocolate 🥰

With that being said..... Who wants to order a King Cake this year for The Mardi Gras season of 2026? 🥳

They will be $40 each and available from January 6th thru February 17th (Fat Tuesday)💜💚💛

December 30th — Everywhere else it’s just another Tuesday. Down here? We are one week away from King Cake being released from pastry prison.

Before January 6th, eating King Cake is a crime against tradition, society, and your MeeMaw.

If caught, you will be judged silently… and sometimes loudly… in group texts.

January 6th onward? King Cake is 100% legal. Encouraged. Expected. Honestly suspicious if you don’t have one.

Soooo… if you consumed King Cake before January 6th under the assumption of “proximate legality,” be advised:
