After a much needed get away to the mountains, we are back in town and I took a few days to revive Lou.

In case you're wondering, because sourdough is a labor of love, care, patience and perseverance, people tend to name their sourdough starters. They are like babies. They need to be watched, fed, and nurtured in order to perform to their fullest potential. My daughter named ours Lou after the oldest sister in the Heartland TV series because of her hard work ethic and dependability. 🥰

Sooooo......Lou has been revived and we've quickly enjoyed one super fluffy pillowy loaf already, with two more in the queue to cold proof overnight for baking in the morning.

Bread is baking and we are frosting cinnamon rolls! The house smells divine!🍁🍂🥖

We will have limited quantities of traditional artisan loaves, jalapeño cheddar, spiced apple cider, as well as gooey cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting.🤤

In addition, my garden harvest is more than I need, so I will be selling off some of my freshly picked produce. Pesticide free.

Come out and see us from 4-6pm at the corner of Champlain and St. Clair! Because quantities are limited, we will be selling first come first serve until 6pm or until we are sold out.

We accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or Cashapp.

Good evening sourdough friends! 🥖 We will be selling sourdough tomorrow, Thursday, October 3rd from 4-6pm at the corner of Champlain and St. Clair.

I will have traditional sourdough artisan bread, and will additionally have jalapeño cheddar, spiced apple cider, and sourdough cinnamon rolls available for sale!🍂🍁

Sourdough bread uses a sourdough live culture which harvests live wild yeast and slowly ferments grains making bread more nutritional and the ingredients more readily absorbed and digestible. The whole process takes about three days from start to finish, and only uses 4 ingredients; sourdough starter/culture, water, flour and salt! That's it!

Additional ingredients are included for specialty flavors and baked goods. If you have any food allergies or questions, feel free to reach out personally.❤️

Good afternoon neighbors! Our sourdough bread will be available this afternoon from 5-7pm at the corner of Champlain and Saint Clair (look for the blue tent). We weren't sure if the hurricane would wash us out this week, but the skies look good, so let's go! This week we have our traditional sourdough, plus jalapeño cheddar loaves (don't worry, they're not too spicy) and chocolate chip loaves too! The traditional loaves are $12 and the loaves with the inclusions are $16.

Sourdough bread uses a sourdough live culture which harvests live wild yeast and slowly ferments grains making bread more nutritional and the ingredients more readily absorbed and digestible. This is our new business page so it's easier to follow us and get notifications when bread will be avaliable, and to answer any questions you might have. So be sure to follow us for updates!

FYI: At this time, I'll be making bread as I'm able (I'm a stay-at-home mom of four homeschooled kids). I'm unable to take orders or specific requests at this time. Thanks for understanding!
