The Confection Connection is a cottage food bakery, which I started out of my love for baking. I loved being in the kitchen baking from an early age, especially at holiday time. Every Christmas my mom, my sister, and I would pull out the family recipes of cookies, candy, and fudge and spend the entire day baking, laughing, and creating memories that I cherish today. Most of these recipes came from

my grandmother, Veda, and I still use them today. I now love baking with my daughter, Hannah, and hope that she carries on the tradition. I love baking for others and it gives me great joy to see them enjoying what I've created from a few simple ingredients. Let me share my passion and family traditions with you and your family.

Christmas may be over, but that doesn't mean that you can't still cuddle up with a cup of hot chocolate. These hot chocolate cups are an adorable way to keep cozy on these cold winter days. The cups pictured here are: chocolate with marshmallows, salted caramel, dark chocolate raspberry, and mint chocolate truffle.

I had the great honor to have been asked to make a cake for Comic Controllers holiday party. One half is in Pop Culture Soda Shoppe colors and the other half is Comic Controllers colors. The cake was also split in half between chocolate and funfetti. Wishing all of the best to these wonderful people as we close out 2023 and enter 2024. Everything is awesome!

Taking a minute to take a step back from my own creations in order to shine a light on my daughter. She's recently started her own business making decorative floral boxes.
