Make your next gathering a bit sweeter with a cake from LuBelle's Cakes! Specializing in wedding & c Hi there! I am Cortne and I am the owner of LuBelle's Cakes.

I started this business out of pure love for cakes! What's a party without cake!? LuBelle's Cakes was started when I was a freshman in Pastry School. The more I learned, the better my cake art became and the larger my business grew. I started out in my hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana. After I graduated pastry school (and a few internships later) , I took the plunge to move to Orlando, Florida to continue on with my Pastry career! I work full time as a pastry cook at one of the local resorts here. In my spare time, I create beautiful cakes, cookies, cupcakes, cake pops, and anything sweet you can imagine! One day, I hope to locally open up a small bakery and have a storefront. As of right now, I work out of my home and legally work under the Florida Cottage Food Law which allows me to sell baked goods out of my own home. If you have any questions, comments, or inquiries about my services, please do not hesitate to send me a private message and I will get back to you at my earliest convenience. (Please keep in mind that I do have a full time job apart from my cake art)

And I’m honored to have been a part of this very special celebration for the CITY OF EUSTIS 🚒 🔥

To celebrate the retirement of Fire Chief Mike Swanson and to welcome the new Fire Chief Shawn Keeleher, I made this awesome cake! Complete with 3 favorite flavors of theirs- German Chocolate, Cookies & Cream, and Confetti 🎉

I’m excited to be back in the kitchen baking for all the fun celebrations! My calendar is open for scheduling until the end of 2026. So if you are looking to get on my schedule, please reach out asap so we can get you booked!

✨I’ve got a big health update and a sweet way to celebrate: Mystery Birthday Boxes are live! After finally getting an Adenomyosis diagnosis (with possible Endometriosis), I’m headed into major surgery on July 30—just two weeks after turning 35. August is blocked for recovery; September opens as I’m able.

🎂To ring in my birthday and prep for this next chapter, I’m doing a Birthday Dessert Box Blowout to clear studio inventory and spread some love on July 19th!

🧁 Mystery Birthday Box Details
20 single (12+ items) • $35 double (24+ items)

Pick up or delivery available ($5 fee)

Cheesecake cups, cake cups, macarons, brownies, and more—variety grows with every order!

✨ Visit the website or hit the link in bio to order

💜Women deserve better care—advocate for yourself when something feels off

🤍 Thank you all for the continuous love and support! I’m ready to make it over this speed bump and back to baking as soon as I can!

The best kinda Friday 🎉

Revisiting Caitlin and Julian’s incredible wedding at ! Kudos to the talented vendor team for delivering an unforgettable night and to the guests for celebrating this beautiful couple with endless energy!

I loved working with this sweet couple, planning every detail from menu to design. Their vision of a variety of desserts that tied into the theme came together perfectly with items like fossil stoned vanilla bean glaze sugar cookies and a rocky mountain of brownies, complemented by the floral and gold leaf embellished cake.

Ps there’s more cool pics 📸🤩 from , just wait🙃
