I started this business out of pure love for cakes! What's a party without cake!? LuBelle's Cakes was started when I was a freshman in Pastry School. The more I learned, the better my cake art became and the larger my business grew. I started out in my hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana. After I graduated pastry school (and a few internships later) , I took the plunge to move to Orlando, Florida t
o continue on with my Pastry career! I work full time as a pastry cook at one of the local resorts here. In my spare time, I create beautiful cakes, cookies, cupcakes, cake pops, and anything sweet you can imagine! One day, I hope to locally open up a small bakery and have a storefront. As of right now, I work out of my home and legally work under the Florida Cottage Food Law which allows me to sell baked goods out of my own home.
