I am excited to launch my new course- Birth From A Place of Peace Rather Than Fear!

In this course, we will be diving into how to overcome your fears surrounding childbirth and even previous birth trauma. This course is for all mamas who have fear surrounding childbirth- whether you're a first-time mama scared of tearing or a second+ time mama worried about your next birth being the same as your last that did not go according to plan. - When do you recommend attending the classes?
I recommend attending around the 6-7 month mark of your pregnancy! This will give you time to think about your options, yet it is close enough that everything will still be fresh!

- Do you offer private, one-one sessions if we are not available on Saturdays/want more help?
Yes! I offer one on one childbirth education and birth preparation! You can even book additional time for a one on one session after the class to go over your more specific questions and individual birth plan.
