I’m at the Largo Evening market tonight, and the Win Derby on Gandy Sunday 7am-1pm. Last week to pickup Strawberry Basil and Basil Mojito! I hear it every single market.

Yes—sourdough is having a moment right now. And yes, some people use leftover starter in cookies (which is a great way to reduce waste!).

But that’s not what I do.

My cookies are made with intention. 🕯️

Each batch gets:

✨ 24 hours to ferment

Meet my son, Zachary 🤍

Being a one-woman show doesn’t leave much room for breaks—but this weekend, he stepped in and ran the booth so I could go do something that fills my cup in a different way.

Barbershop has been my biggest hobby for 8 years now—competing, performing, and completely losing myself in harmony. And this weekend, I got to step back into that world for a moment.

My ADHD loves to fly by the seat of its pants (no brooms for me 😌), but I also crave the peace that comes with rhythm.

And in a world of markets, sourdough, and perishables… that rhythm can feel just out of reach.

But there’s beauty in the perfectly imperfect. 🕯️
You see it in my cookies.

They aren’t identical.
Edges vary.
Frosting flows a little differently every time.

Because they’re made by hand. With intention. Not by machine.

And honestly? That’s where the magic lives. 🍪✨ ❤️

This week, I had the joy of spreading a little cookie love at the Gulfport Night Market… and what a beautiful experience it was. 🌙🌊

Soft ocean breezes drifting through the market…
Laughter and conversation weaving between booths…
New faces, kind words, and that spark of connection that makes it all feel worth it. 🕯️🤍

I had so much fun meeting each of you, chatting with fellow vendors, and settling into the rhythm of a new community.

There’s something special about markets like this—little pockets of magic where people gather, share, and create something together, even if just for a few hours.
