I made this juicy treat for some folks on Sunday but I forgot to take a pic of my own work and had to steal this one. They turned out perfect. Pork Belly Burnt Ends. I will be serving these Saturday so come try them and I promise you won’t be disappointed! $5.00 for a 1/4lb order. Hello. We’ll be set up ready to serve the best BBQ in Galveston County by noon, until sold out tomorrow. We added Baked Potatoes with Meat to the menu for $10.00 topped with 1/2lb of Pulled Pork, or Brisket with the option to add the Cowboy Caviar. Come try it out and if you haven’t tried our ribs yet, you don’t know what you’re missing! Looking forward to seeing ya.
