After a little social media break, I’m so excited to finally say… sourdough pre-orders are going LIVE this Wednesday! 🥖🤎

And the timing couldn’t be better because pickup will be Monday, just in time for all the holiday plans. 🇺🇸✨

Your order will be ready as early as 9 AM, so you can swing by, grab your goodies, and be on your way to whatever the rest of your day has in store 🚤

Better late than never!!

Preorders are now open for Monday pickup! 🍞

Last week i was in the kitchen redoing our apple cinnamon sourdough and even though the first attempt wasn’t horrible i knew i could do better! The second round was just that. Soo much better 🍎

The stand is OPEN for local pickup & with a few new testing items. 🤗

2- Apple cinnamon sourdough ($6)
2- Cherry cheesecake cookies ($6)
2- Double chocolate espresso sourdough ($10)

For both of the loaves they didn’t come out ideally how I’d love them too(they’re both still good regardless) but because they weren’t up to my standard i have dropped the price of what they will originally be. The cookies though 🤤 they are going to have some minor tweaks but they’re soo good!

I took a couple weeks off for some much needed family time but this week we are back in the kitchen & ready to make all the things. Preorders are live starting at 10am & will be open until Friday @ 6:00.

Preorder pickup is Monday 8/10 with hopefully some new items open for self serve 🤗

I am back from vacation and in the kitchen preserving all that i can from the garden. Today we are shredding fresh zucchini and batching it for future zucchini bread orders. 👩‍🌾

The stand & preorders will be CLOSED this weekend and next weekend.

We will be busy prepping for a birthday party and taking a much needed family vacation. 🐟

This weekend i did a little experiment with my bread & im so happy i had an extra loaf leftover for me to cut into and try.

I saw this video online and it had my brain thinking.. what if i change this one thing slightly, not in a way the bread flavor will be different but let’s just see what happens.

& to my surprise i felt like my oven spring & overall texture of the bread changed in a huge way but for the better!

If you ordered bread last week and have ordered in the past. I’m curious.. did you notice anything different?

The greenhouse is OPEN! 🌺

This week i prepped a few more items incase anyone missed preorders or maybe wanted to snag an extra item on their way to picking up their order.

We have:

1 Plain Sourdough Loaf🍞 ($10)
1 Jalapeño Cheddar Loaf🌶️ ($12)
1 Sun Dried Tomato & Gouda Loaf🍅 ($12)
2 Cookie Butter Cookies🍪 ($6)

This is all a little trial into having a self serve / preorder stand. Depending how things go today will help decide if this is something we like or don’t like doing.

The kitchen is looking a little different 👩‍🍳

Last year i invested in a greenhouse to eventually serve as a stand for local pickups — but the spring storms had other plans and delayed my idea a bit.

This week i invested in an extra table / countertop space to scale orders to where my little home kitchen can make more goodies & have more work space.

Little did i know when i purchased the extra table this weeks preorders would skyrocket in ways I’ve ever hoped and prayed for.

I’m making some extra items for those who missed preorders can claim or swing by and grab. 🤭
