hi! my name is lindsey, and i have been gluten free for awhile now. making the switch was hard at first, not only because i had to cut out some of my favorite foods, but finding alternatives that didnât drain my bank account was so. hard.
i love baking, and i love sharing my creations with others. my biggest problem i have right now is i donât make enough money to support my baking addiction!
thankfully, i have had a dream of creating gluten free food that isnât outrageously priced but is still just as delicious, even for those who donât have to be GF.
