Introduction Time!!!!

Hello everyone, my name is Summer, and I am the owner/operator of Summer’s Micro Bakery. I have a small cottage bakery here in Florida and I bake all manner of tasty treats. I’ve been baking for about 16 years, I’ve owned a brick and mortar bakery in the past and I love what I do. As a little girl I spent a lot of time in the kitchen with my Momma and my Mamaw, the only thing I can remember wanting to be when I was a kid was a baker. It’s always been my dream…well that and being a ballerina, safe to say I can’t dance, but can bake though!

We have new menus weekly, ordering closes each Wednesday, for Friday pick up. As of right now we are local pick up only Clarksville and Blounstsown, FL but soon we want to offer shipping as well.

We hope that you will give us a try, because I can’t wait to bake for you.
