Are you kidding me? I am OVER the moon with this sweet family! Big sister is such a gem and their four legged best “brother” was so sweet showing off baby brother the whole session! It was DREAMY and I had the hardest time narrowing down what to share for their sneak peek! Welcome sweet boy, you are certainly so incredibly loved! 🥹

Every once in a while I come across a Mama that just takes my breath away in how they walk through motherhood - Melissa is one of them. What a beautiful childhood her babies are living with a family like this and a mother like her, truly. There is always a snuggle to spare to make sure they know they are loved. There is so much respect and gentleness in how she speaks to them and about them. It is simply beautiful to have been able to get to know her and her sweet family! Could they get any more precious? These are the days. ❤

I could share a million from this precious Motherhood session, but these sweet few are perfect for highlighting what a beautiful Mama this is! She is one of the most laid back and warm friends you will ever meet. She filled my cup so much getting to make these sweet memories with them. Can you even with these precious baby toes? 😍

It is SO nice to be back. My heart really missed creating so many special moments - might as well come back strong with a family that is incredibly loved here at Fort Benning! I wish I had longer with Elizabeth because she is such a strong, encouraging, and motivating Mama! Her girls are the absolute sweetest souls and their family stole my heart last week for their session. ❤

Columbus, GA - I’m in search of some private property to use for sessions. Ideally some barn/field style or an open area with pretty lighting. In exchange, you’d receive a free full session each year! I do have references that can vouch for keeping your property in the exact state it was in on arrival. Also debating doing some summer family minis before the weather gets too scorching! Golden hour, short and sweet sessions that even your husband won’t complain about 🥳🥰😂🫶

Fort Benning - It’s time for a proper introduction now that we have settled in, finished battling dinosaur size roaches, unpacked the boxes, and accepted this as our new home for a few years! 😅😮‍💨

Phew, who said moving was easy? 🙃

Anyway, if you’re new here, I’m Katja! I’m a mother to three sweet little loves and my oldest is the reason I started this journey! I have a 9 year old, 6 year old, and 1 year old…trust me when I tell you that your kids couldn’t do anything I haven’t already seen. ❤️ I’m a prior preschool teacher and LOVE combining my creative side with photography to make sessions fun and engaging for everyone! It’s an experience, who wants to look at photos on their wall that were stressful? 😬 I’m here to make sure you can truly soak in those sweet moments.

We moved here in fall and this is our 5th military move. I am itching and ready to get back into the swing of things with your families here! 😍❤️

Happy Thanksgiving sweet clients! A little life update, we are officially settled in Fort Benning, GA. I am SOAKING in my first holiday season since having babies of taking off photography while getting ready to create all the holiday memories with my babies this year! 🥹❤️ I’ll officially be ready to take on Fort Benning clients starting in January! 🙌

Enjoy a few photos of my favorite little loves that I’m SO excited to get to slow down for this holiday season! Big hugs to all the photographers out there working away during busy season. 🫶 You are seen!

I suppose this post that I have been dreading to make is long overdo. With great sadness our time at Fort Campbell/Clarksville is coming to an end. We are PCS'ing to Fort Benning in early fall. I have cherished our team in Tennessee more than I could ever express and the families I have had the deep honor of telling stories for. With that said, our sweet boy is about to be 3 months old and I am taking few VERY last sessions before we move. These are super limited. If you are wanting one last session with me before we head out, please reach out so we can get you scheduled. If you know anyone in Fort Benning/Columbus, GA areas, it would mean the world to me if you shared my info with them!

Our home is up for sale if you know anyone moving to the area or are looking! We have LOVED our neighborhood so much. Halloween is legit like something from a Hallmark movie and the location is perfect for getting anywhere. If you have elementary school kiddos I cannot say enough about Pisgah! We are SO deeply sad to be leaving this amazing school. The staff has been the best we have ever met, truly. ❤️ Please message our realtor if you have any questions about buying or seeing it! 🥰
