She’s baaaaaaccccckkkkk!

After a little miscalculation at our last market (turns out we used all of Doughlene 😅), we had to go into emergency backup mode. Thankfully, we had dehydrated her at her peak — prepared queens only over here.

Well… so we thought.

For whatever reason, we kept running into mold issues. No bueno. It felt like foreverrrrr.

But I am so happy to say — she is BACK. Bubbly. Strong. Thriving. ✨

Doughlene has already crafted:
🥯 3 dozen bagels
🍞 2 loaves of bread
