Let me reintroduce myself for all the new followers.

My name is Marissa and I am the owner of Clarkston Cakery. I am a happy wife, a mother of three energetic, hockey playing boys and I couldn’t love my job more! Not only do I get to put a smile on their face with all this sugar, but I get to see all your smiling faces as well.

Seriously you guys…. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for trusting with all of your special moments! When you choose me as your cake artist, I get the unique opportunity of joining all of you through your celebrations and life changes. It is such an honor to go from making an engagement cake, to a bridal shower cake, to a wedding cake, a gender reveal, to a baby shower cake, to a first birthday cake, to all the celebrations in between and beyond including graduations, retirements, fair-wells and celebrations of a life well lived. Thank you to all of you for supporting my business and my family. It’s because of you that I get to take this next step and make Clarkston Cakery bigger and better than it has ever been. I’m so excited to become Clarkston’s local brick and mortar cakery and provide desserts to the surrounding area as well. Looking forward to officially welcoming you to my new location in 2027. ❤️
