Strawberries and Cream Butter Swim Biscuits. I didn’t add sound because you would hear me oohing and awwing, as I took the first bite. When you see what they look like before baking, you would never guess what they taste like!

These are aren’t fancy but oh my so good. Old Fashioned, Plain Butter Swim Biscuits.

So I decided to make Butter Swim Biscuits plain. OH MY GOODNESS! You don’t have to butter the biscuits. The butter is baked in. Soft center and a little crunchy around the edges. The texture is just awesome. Like no biscuit I have ever had ! Tomorrow I’m making Strawberry & Cream Butter Swim Biscuits. I ll take better pictures tomorrow.

I’m making my White Coconut Mini Cakes tonight.
A few Mixed Berry Cobblers (8x8 size)
AND
Butter Swim Biscuits! I’m excited to try Butter Swim Biscuits, as the possibilities are endless for fruit, meats , cheese and veggies. I’ll post pictures of making these.
