Let me tell you, I had a busy weekend, busy and wonderful! Was so much fun to get my hands back into the dough for just a day! I deserve this dinner I made myself of pesto and lemon swordfish, spinach and Fougasse with a buttery Chardonnay!

Putting together some great ideas right now! creative juices are flowing! Yesterday’s loaves were apricot and cardamom, and orange zest with fennel pollen, which I am imagining would go great with some ricotta cheese and honey! Free to create more now! My heart is so happy… do you want to learn how to do sourdough?

I highly recommend doing whatever you wanna do… If you want to try and cook something new, this was absolutely delicious...
