Weekly bakery status report: I’ve been quiet, but I’m still here.

The bakery kept moving even when I wasn’t posting much. That part doesn’t really stop.

Inside the kitchen, things are steady. Outside of it… still working on it.

Hey. So… I’ve been a little MIA.
Not in a mysterious “I’ve moved to a cabin and now chop wood for therapy” way. More in a “life got loud and I had flour on my shirt for three consecutive days and forgot how time works” way.
Anyway-👋🏻hi. I’m back.
And I’m making it worth your forgiveness.
Fresh baked goodies will be dropped at Enoch’s Café and will be ready for you tomorrow when they open. Warm, fresh, and fully capable of improving your entire day with zero effort on your part.
Go act like you planned this all along. I won’t tell.

Quick bakery update, aka the “I promise I’m still baking, I’m just not accepting side quests” announcement:

At the moment, I am NOT taking custom orders.

I know. Some of you are used to coming in with ideas like “can you make 72 cookies shaped like my dog’s face wearing a tuxedo by Friday?” and usually I would try to make it happen.

But right now I am keeping things focused on regular menu drops and café partnerships so I can stay consistent, sane, and mildly hydrated.

Custom bakes will come back when the schedule opens up again. I will absolutely let you know when that happens.

In the meantime, I will still be showing up with fresh batches where you expect me to, just not doing custom requests on the side.

Thanks for understanding and for still showing up hungry.
