We are officially introducing our Marranitos (ginger-molasses pigs)—a cultural classic that we are so proud to bring to your table. Alongside our Peanut Butter Cup brownies and a full jar of traditional cookies, these treats are the perfect "thank you" to yourself or someone you love.

The oven is officially back on. 🥖

If it’s been a little quiet here lately, it’s because we’ve been doing the "heavy lifting" behind the scenes.

To celebrate our "Year Two" evolution, we’ve expanded our Sourdough and French Bread collections. From savory Garlic Rosemary to indulgent Double Chocolate Chip, there is a loaf for every table.

✨ A Note on Community: You’ll notice our French Bread is priced at $5 (or 2/$8). It is a core value of our kitchen that fresh, handcrafted bread remains accessible to everyone in our neighborhood. No one should go hungry.

We are officially stepping into Year Two of our seasonal newsletter, and we’re doing things a bit differently this time. We’ve designated our kitchen and our curriculum as a "Living History"—a search for the provenance of the food on our table and the laws that govern our lives.
