Today I made a cookie that I have been wanting to try for awhile. It is a fall cookie with a delicious apple and cinnamon flavor! APPLE PIE COOKIES are so much more scrumptious then they sound. They had a soft cookie outside with a wonderful apple pie filling. It had the perfect amount of sweetness and cinnamon. Today I made mini apple pies. They need a little more filling next time but they are the perfect amount of sweetness and go amazing with ice cream. I apologize I have not posted in a while. I have been very busy. I still am planning a bake sale but I need to know if people are interested in one. So if you are interested leave a comment down below! Today I pizza pockets. Most of them were just cheese but two were jalapeño cheddar. Alot of them popped open no matter what way I tried to close them. I put olive oil and oregano on top of them. But I don't have a picture of them like that. Then I made cream cheese sugar cookies. Not only did the turn out super cute but they also are super soft and not overly sweet. They taste just like those delicious store bought cookies that are frozen and have holiday designs on them but better.

The other day I made strawberry parfaits. It was like eating somthing that came straight from heaven. There was many layers and just the right amount of sweetness.
Layers of the parfait:

Cake: I made a pound cake and crushed it up in to tiny pieces. It had the perfect flavor for what I was looking for. And it didn't make the parfait to cakey. The flavors went together so well
Strawberry sauce: This layer was very sweet but blended well with the other layers. It also had the perfect color for a pleasing look.
Strawberry mouse: This was the best layer in the whole parfait. It was so smooth and melted in your mouth.
Whipped cream: It was really good. Super smooth.

I also have made cake pops with the left over cake but don't have a picture of them as I only made two to try them out and have more in the fridge right now.

Yesterday I made banana bread. I did not get to take a picture of it before it was gone. I also attempted to make strawberry jelly. The jelly turned out good in flavor but was very liquidity. Today I made hamburger buns, sub rolls, and a mini strawberry loaf. Since my jelly turned out liquidity I decided to mix some right into the dough. So not only did the loaf have strawberry chunks but the bread itself was strawberry flavored and it is DELICIOUS!! Also the bread was so soft. I think that turned out to be the softest loaf ive made yet. I am thinking about doing a bake sale right in cincy. Would you guys be interested? What bake goods would you like to see there? Today I made olive garden bread sticks. Some turned out a funny shape because I didn't place them far enough apart and they stuck together while rising. But they were super amazing. Super soft and airy and went so good with the chicken gnocchi soup we had for dinner. If you are interested in any bake good just message me!!

Today I made bite size banana honey muffins. They are so delicious!! Almost better then a giant muffin. I also made more sour dough discard dog treats and sour dough discard ranch cheese crackers which are bomb. Last night i made honey chocolate chip cookies. They are very good. The honey gives a good flavor and goes so good with the chocolate. They are also so so so much softer than a normal chocolate chip cookie. They are just as soft the next day as well. I was told by a couple people it was the best chocolate chip cookie they have had. And honestely i could say the same. They were amazing.
