Luci’s cakes and berries policy
*Deposit/Retainer fee
A Non-refundable retainer fee is required for all orders over $30. Anything under $30 must be paid in full at the time of ordering in the form of cash or PayPal. Invoices must be paid within 48 hours to reserve your date.

*Cancellation
I have the right to cancel any and/ or all orders if remaining balance has not been paid within date discu

ssed.

*How many days in advance do I need to place an order? However if I have availability for same day or next day orders there is a fee of $10.

*Pickup/ Delivery
Delivery is available for orders $40 or more with a delivery fee $5-15 depending on the area and distance. Please arrive on time when picking up your order. If I have not heard from you or you are going to be late etc, or you do not show up. Your order will no longer be available.

*Same day orders
Same day orders must be paid in full that includes the fee of $10. If payment is not provided upfront when discussing the details the order has not need confirmed. After pickup
I am not liable for orders after they have been picked up. Please be mindful of the heat, if your order is not going to be consumed immediately please refrigerate it. By placing an order you agree to all terms.
