The E in EM’s passed away yesterday. Ethel Schroeder. My Mom. She was a wonderful Mom. She gave me the bread starter around 35 years ago. It’s amazing how a small jar of starter became such a huge part of my life and others. Mom and that starter gave me independence, strength and courage. Mom loved our family fiercely. She passed with family holding her hands. She was peaceful. Rest In Peace Mom.
