We’re all about pushing the boundaries of flavor. Which is what makes these kinds of cakes, where we get creative freedom, so much fun. Strawberry cake with a rosemary infused blood orange and ginger filling, coated in vanilla bean & rosemary buttercream, then topped with vanilla macarons, candied blood oranges, sugared rosemary and citrus cardamom caramel brittle.
