So I had the stress and the honor of baking my sweet great-nephews 3rd birthday 🎂. Anyone who knows me knows I DO NOT do cakes lol but I make exceptions for adorable smiling faces 😁 so it didn't look the greatest but I was assured that this 5 layer, 3 different flavored cake with homemade cookies and cream icing filling was delicious.
