Not gonna lie, I am exhausted after this one, I couldn’t help but go all out for my wonderful friend and neighbor, Megan, on her birthday! Yellow cake sandwiched between a blueberry mousse, a lemon mousse with fresh blueberries, and a lemon curd mousse. Decorated per Bear’s instructions for mommy to have a Princess cake, with piped rosettes, colored icing flowers, and glittery sprinkles. Happiest of birthdays Megan!
